What makes Yeli so unique as a chocolatier? She does it for fun and to see the delight on the faces of those that enjoy her chocolates. Yeli is a registered dietitan and college professor fulltime and began her chocolate company as a creative and tastey hobby.  Being a chocolatier is a delightful endeavor she has taken on after falling in love with infused chocolates on a trip overseas. That fateful trip included a stop at a small town in Italy called Genova. In Genova, she visited a small chocolate shop that infused the most amazing flavors into their chocolates. These were not just flavors like mint or cinnamon but exciting flavors like cayenne pepper, cedar, rosemary, coriander and thyme.

After returning from the trip, she began experimenting with chocolate and studying the art and science behind making delicious confections with incredibly infused flavors.

The result of her continued studies is Yelibelly Chocolates!
